This workbook, is drawn upon from real life experience's and the things I do to reset, ground and invite in change.


There are and will be times in life that the old no longer works, the 'what was once best', becomes outdated, and doesn't fit who you are and the way you feel and think.


When we invite in growth and change within our own lives. It also invites in change and growth within others, of course at their own pace and within their own time.


This journey is yours and yours alone.


This workbook is not meant for you to make a comparison with anyone else, nor with your past self.

Simply observe your past, and your past self behaviours, attitudes and thoughts. Those experiences can not be changed, but they can be a lesson, so that today, as you navigate these pages, you start where you are, or whenever you feel called to reset, refresh and restart your life.
